“I help people who have been through trauma, family violence, grief, relationship wounds, or overwhelming life stress come back to themselves — safely, gently, and practically.

Through the P.I.E.C.E. approach, I offer a structured healing process that integrates trauma knowledge, emotional regulation, identity repair, and real-life change.”

About P.I.E.C.E. Practices

P.I.E.C.E. Practices is a trauma-informed counselling practice supporting people to recover, reconnect, and rebuild after trauma, violence, grief, relationship wounds, parenting stress, emotional overwhelm, and major life disruption. A method that translates between individuals or parents supporting children.

At the heart of the practice is the P.I.E.C.E. Method — a signature counselling framework designed to support people who have been surviving for too long and are ready to gently come back to themselves.

P.I.E.C.E. stands for:

Practices to Integrate, Evolve, Connect & Empower

This approach brings together trauma-informed counselling, nervous system awareness, emotional regulation, attachment and relationship understanding, identity repair, values-based reflection, and practical real-life change.

Rather than offering counselling as a series of disconnected conversations, the P.I.E.C.E. Method provides a compassionate and structured pathway through recovery. It helps you understand what has happened, how it has affected your body, mind, relationships, choices, and sense of self — and what you may need now to feel safer, steadier, clearer, and more connected.

The work is gentle, practical, and paced with care. You do not need to arrive with everything figured out. We begin with where you are now.

Who We Support

P.I.E.C.E. Practices supports people through trauma-informed counselling, recovery-focused support, and parent/caregiver guidance.

Individuals aged 16+

For people aged 16 and over who are recovering from trauma, violence, grief, relationship wounds, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or major life disruption.

This may include support after family and domestic violence, sexual assault, violent crime, traumatic loss, complex trauma, attachment wounds, relationship breakdowns, stress, overwhelm, or life transitions.

Parents and caregivers of children under 16

For parents and caregivers supporting children who have been impacted by trauma, family violence, attachment disruption, grief, separation, emotional distress, or significant family change.

For children under 16, support is provided through parent-focused or family-based sessions, recognising that children often heal through safe, supported relationships rather than talk-based therapy alone.

Support may be helpful if you are navigating:

Family and domestic violence recovery
Sexual assault, violent crime, or victim-survivor recovery
Traumatic loss, homicide, or road-related trauma
Complex trauma, attachment wounds, or emotional regulation difficulties
Parenting, relationship, or family challenges
Anxiety, stress, overwhelm, or life transitions
Children or young people impacted by trauma, attachment difficulties, or family disruption
