Counselling Fees

Individual Counselling (16+) — $120 per session

Parent & Caregiver Counselling (Children 0–15) — $120 per session

NSW Victims Support Counselling — Fully funded for approved clients, with up to 22 counselling hours per eligible person.

Initial 15-Minute Consultation — Free

Private health rebates may be available depending on your health fund and level of cover. Please confirm eligibility with your provider before booking.

Booking an Appointment

Appointments are available in person at our Batemans Bay office or online.

Appointment availability:

  • Monday: 5pm–8pm (in person)

  • Tuesday–Thursday: 5pm–8pm (online or on location by arrangement)

  • Saturday: 10am–6pm (in person)

To arrange an appointment, you can book online, complete an enquiry form, or contact Josie directly.

New clients will receive registration, intake and consent information before their first session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and sometimes appointments need to change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible, allowing the appointment to be offered to someone else.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee in accordance with the practice's cancellation policy. Any applicable fee will be explained before your appointment.

For NSW Victims Support funded counselling, cancellations and non-attendance are managed in accordance with the scheme's requirements.
